Many people here are already aware of what keyword density is. If you are not it is a simple metric to measure how many times you keyword shows on a page in relation to every other word on the page. If you have 2 words on one page and your keyword is one of them, then your keyword density will be 50%.
Many webmasters will spend a long time trying to figure out how to fit there keywords into a page as many times as possible and still make the sentences sound natural. This is part of SEO and is expected.
However we have noticed that there are many times that we have ran across an article that will have a keyword phrase 3 or more times in the beginning of the article and then none on the rest of the page.
For optimum SEO results, you will want to have your keywords in the top, middle, and bottom section of your site. If you spread your keywords out like this not only is it favorable to search engines but it will also make your document not look so, forced.
So the next time you are writing advertising copy or just content for your website remember to “Spread Out Your Keywords”.

It is excellent of you to point out that the keywords should be spread out throughout the article rather than all being jumbled in the beginning. I also notice that some people try to fit in the keywords so much that the article does not sound well written.
